Gem #87 - The Provision of God

It is true that you do not have a fiery chariot to take you to heaven; but

the angels will carry you to Jesus' waiting arms, and that is just as good.

It is true, no ravens bring you food; it is also true that you get your food

somehow or other. It is quite certain that no rock gushes out with water;

but you always have water to drink. It is true your child has not been

raised from the dead; but you must remember that David had a child that was

not raised any more than yours. You have the same consolation as he had: "I

will go to him; he will not return to me."
